Use of Service

VIBE is an AI video generator app with free access and optional paid features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or commercial content creation, subject to these terms.

You may not use VIBE to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features, models, or output tiers may require paid access, credits, or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and remain subject to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules of those platforms.

We do not control store platform billing systems, and questions about store charges or refunds may need to be handled through the platform where the purchase was made.

Your Content and Outputs

You retain rights to the prompts, images, and other source materials you submit to the extent permitted by law and applicable platform terms. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the materials you upload.

Generated outputs may also be subject to the terms of the model or service providers involved in creating them. We and our providers retain rights in the underlying software, systems, and model infrastructure.

Availability and Disclaimers

VIBE is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Because generative AI outputs can vary, we do not guarantee that every result will perfectly match your prompt, image, or intended use case.

We may add, update, pause, or remove features, models, pricing, or limits as the product evolves. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service to the fullest extent permitted by law.
